Set Your Daily Intention - Now Showing!

The most important thing you can do every morning to achieve success is set your intention. Visualizing what you want is only half the picture. Daily intention combines your hearts desire with visual! I think the reason more people don't do this is because they don't realize the power of their own energy.

Research has shown that the brain emits powerful energetic signals sent out in waves from your body. All of life on this planet vibrates with its own unique energy pattern but, recent studies have enlightened us to the power and impact our hearts desires or fears. Your "feelings/vibes" are constantly being projected into the world. But, many people are running around "Bird Boxing" their life completely unaware of the message they're sending!



In the Netflix Movie with Sandra Bullock BIRD BOX, the population is dying because of some unseen force that definitely wants the characters to see it. Once seen, it's lights out. People start catching on, and blindfolding themselves. When Sandra Bullocks character and children run out of food they courageously begin navigating down a river, and over treacherous rapids blindfolded. Seriously, impossible! BIRD BOX CHALLENGES, starting gaining momentum with people blindfolding themselves during daily chores completely oblivious to any obstacles. Living life without daily intention is living without awareness of your movie.

While the brain sends a DM, the heart makes a blockbuster.

The people you come into contact with are buying tickets to your movie and here's a little secret, you're buying tickets to theirs, and sometimes co-starring in their drama. Like attracts like, energy never dies, and yes, you're going to be surrounded by the energy your emitting. Even when at times it's just the hunger energy for a pizza.

Lifestyle and mindset changes are results of the spark that begins in your heart. You've heard it said, "Well, they could change, if they wanted to." Don't let the belief that if you fake positive thinking, while deep down your a negative nelly. You might be able to fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool mother nature. Eventually, what you're feeling will show up on that big screen.

You can change that vibrational field by setting your heart's intention.



First step, awareness of your current intention (hearts movie) that's being played out. Ignorance of your life intentions is what causes you to continually get drawn into the same type situations. Do you feel like your life is a slideshow of Groundhog day, on constant repeat? "Thoughts may be things", as Tom Dooley says, but the truth is that your thoughts are just a bit player in the theater of your heart. In other words, your thoughts are an indicator of what your hearts sending. I've had people tell me, "but Jeannie, I wasn't feeling sad yet, I still had negative thoughts!" Once we explored deeper together I helped them trace back the original feeling that was upsetting.

Step two, focus on gratitude and things you love. As I said before, you can't fake your way out of this. It's an essential ingredient in the mix to truly "feel" good! If you find yourself slipping into a spiral of B.S. then divert your attention to what you love.

Step three, set your daily intention. Before you get out of bed, visualize your day, what you want to happen. You can do this any time during the day, as long as it provokes an emotion. Remember, mind plus heart! Begin setting the backdrop for your movie. Does it take place in the city? What are you wearing? How does it feel? Create your movie and watch the Universal energies draw like minded situations into your field. This doesn't replace setting goals but is more expansive and doesn't have a time limit. Setting your intention colors and shapes your world into the place of your dreams or nightmares. Why not use the creative magical energy you possess and create the life you want?
